We work internationally, predominantly for private clients and investors. Tailor-made planning, the right choice of materials and the correct implementation on the building site are essential elements of our work. But the local official challenges with the special Mallorcan features are also part of our work.
Sometimes it takes a lot of patience to obtain the building permit. We regularly maintain intensive contact with the authorities in the course of planning permission in order to minimize the waiting time for planning permission as much as possible.
We see ourselves as “creative service providers”. Our designs follow a logic and are coherent in themselves, but at the same time are adapted to the daily needs of our clients. This always requires the search for new individual solutions.
We work closely with specialist planners, suppliers, contractors and all types of professionals to ensure the effectiveness of our projects.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We design planning strategies for new buildings as well as for the complete or partial renovation of existing buildings. The combination of architecture,
interior design, lighting, furniture and decoration allow us to create coherent and personalized environments.
Our clients are involved in every step of the process and, in return, receive numerous visualizations of the final result, such as reference images, material samples, plans and 3D infographics.
